MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This Membership Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your enrollment in and use of the Vevatro VIP Club (the "VIP Club" or the "Club"), operated by PF Unlimited Enterprises LLC (d/b/a "Vevatro") ("Vevatro", "we", "our"). By enrolling, you accept this Agreement, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all other applicable policies, including the Return and Refund Policy, the Cancellation Policy, and the Product Information & Disclaimer.

1. Enrollment

To enroll, you must be at least 18 years old, a legal resident of the United States, and provide a valid payment method. You represent that the payment method used is yours or that you are authorized to use it. Enrollment is confirmed by email.

2. Free Trial

New members are eligible for a 21-day free trial beginning on the enrollment date (the "Trial Period"). During the Trial Period you may access VIP Club benefits at no monthly charge. If you do not cancel before the Trial Period ends, your membership automatically converts to paid at $29.90 per month.


To cancel during the Trial Period and avoid any charge, cancel via the cancellation form on vevatro.com, through your account portal, or by emailing hello@vevatro.com before the end of day 21 of your Trial Period.

3. Membership Fee and Automatic Renewal

The VIP Club is priced at $29.90 per month, or such other price as disclosed to you at checkout at the time of enrollment (which shall govern if different), charged automatically to your payment method on the same calendar day each month (the "Billing Date"), beginning the day the Trial Period ends. Your membership will automatically renew each month until you cancel.


Vevatro may change the fee with at least 30 days' advance notice by email. You may cancel before the new fee takes effect if you do not agree.

4. Pre-Renewal Reminder (California Residents)

If you are a California resident, we will send you a reminder at least 3 days and no more than 21 days before each automatic renewal charge, disclosing the charge amount and how to cancel.

5. Member Benefits

Members receive:


•  Access to the exclusive VIP Collection with up to 80% off standard prices;

•  Lifetime 25% discount across the main catalog while your membership remains active;

•  Free standard shipping on all eligible orders;

•  Free returns on all eligible orders, with Vevatro covering return shipping;

•  Extended 1-year product warranty on eligible orders;

•  Priority customer support, with faster response times;

•  Curated partner deals from third-party brands, updated periodically.

Benefits and their terms may be updated at any time with notice posted on our website. Some benefits depend on third-party partners and may be added, modified, or withdrawn at our discretion.

6. Exclusive Collection and Discounts

Access to the VIP Collection and the lifetime 25% discount on the main catalog is available only while your membership is active. If your membership ends for any reason, including cancellation, lapse due to failed payment, or termination, access to the VIP Collection and to member pricing terminates as of the end of the applicable billing cycle.

7. Extended Warranty

The 1-year extended warranty available to VIP Club members covers manufacturing defects on eligible products purchased while the membership is active. Warranty claims must be submitted to hello@vevatro.com with proof of purchase and photos of the issue. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, accident, or unauthorized modification. Eligibility for the extended warranty applies to orders placed during an active membership; cancellation or lapse of the membership does not retroactively remove warranty coverage already accrued for those orders.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time:

•  Cancellation form: use the cancellation form linked from the membership pages on vevatro.com;

•  Account portal: log into your account and use the "Cancel Membership" option in the membership portal; or

•  Email: send a cancellation request to hello@vevatro.com from the email associated with your account. Cancellation is effective when we confirm it by reply.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain access to VIP Club benefits until that date. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months.

9. Refunds

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle begins, except where required by law or expressly granted by Vevatro. For full details, see our Return and Refund Policy and our Cancellation Policy. Any digital benefits associated with the program are non-refundable as set forth in Section 10.

10. Digital Benefits

To the extent any digital content is offered as part of the VIP Club, including, without limitation, partner-related digital deals or downloadable resources, such digital benefits are delivered to your account and are considered provided and consumed upon access. You expressly acknowledge and consent that performance of digital content begins immediately upon access and waive any right of withdrawal with respect to digital content to the extent permitted by law. Digital benefits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

11. Failed Payments

If a recurring billing attempt fails, we will retry the charge up to 3 times within 7 days and notify you by email after each failed attempt. If payment is not successfully collected within 7 days of the first failed attempt, your membership will be placed in a lapsed state, benefits will be suspended, and access to the VIP Collection and member pricing will be paused until payment is resolved.

12. Eligibility and Account Accuracy

You agree to maintain accurate contact, billing, and shipping information in your account. Vevatro is not responsible for delays, missed benefits, or lost communications caused by out-of-date information.

13. Changes to Benefits and Terms

Vevatro may modify VIP Club benefits, pricing, or terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance by email. Continued membership after the effective date of the change constitutes acceptance.

14. Termination by Vevatro

We may suspend or terminate your membership at any time for violation of this Agreement, the Terms of Service, fraud, abuse of benefits, excessive returns, repeated chargebacks, or at our discretion. Terminated members are not entitled to refunds of fees paid prior to termination.

15. Limitations

Membership benefits are intended for personal, non-commercial use by the enrolled member. Benefits may not be transferred, sold, or assigned. Vevatro reserves the right to limit, void, or recover benefits where abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms is suspected.

16. Disclaimers

Membership benefits are provided "AS IS." Vevatro makes no warranty that any specific product, content, partner deal, or outcome will be available, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. See our Terms of Service for full disclaimers.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vevatro's total liability under this Agreement will not exceed the amount you paid to Vevatro in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. See Section 13 of our Terms of Service for full limitations.

18. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement is subject to the binding arbitration and class action waiver provisions set forth in Section 15 of our Terms of Service, including the 30-day right to opt out of arbitration.

19. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the arbitration provisions, venue lies in Palm Beach County, Florida.

20. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Payment Methods Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Product Information & Disclaimer, is the entire agreement between you and Vevatro regarding the VIP Club and supersedes any prior agreements.

By enrolling in the Vevatro VIP Club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Membership Agreement, including the automatic renewal, digital-benefits-non-refundable, and binding arbitration provisions.
