Payment Methods

Vevatro offers secure payment options for all orders and Vevatro VIP Club memberships. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors; Vevatro does not store full payment card details on its servers.

2. Currency

All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD). Your bank or card issuer may apply foreign transaction or currency conversion fees; these are outside Vevatro's control.

3. Authorization And Charges

When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full order amount. The charge is captured when the order is processed. For pre-orders or backordered items, authorization may occur at the time of order and capture at the time of shipment.

4. Failed Or Declined Payments

If your payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed. Common reasons include insufficient funds, expired card, incorrect billing information, or bank-side fraud screening.

For the Vevatro VIP Club membership, if a recurring billing attempt fails, the system will automatically retry the charge up to 3 times within 7 days before the membership is placed in a lapsed state. You will receive an email notice on each failed attempt with instructions to update your payment method.

5. Updating Payment Information

You may update your payment method at any time by logging into your account and visiting the Payment Methods section. For membership subscriptions, updates take effect on the next billing cycle.

6. Billing Descriptor

Charges from Vevatro appear on your billing statement as "VEVATRO" or a similar variant identifying Vevatro. Recurring membership charges appear as "VEVATRO*VIP" or similar. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us at hello@vevatro.com before filing a dispute with your card issuer.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order. See our Return and Refund Policy for full terms.

8. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) to protect payment information in transit. Card details are tokenized and processed directly by our payment partners, which are PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.
