1. What Are the Main Benefits?

  • A welcome discount on your first order as a member
  • Member pricing on the VIP Collection, a members-only selection

2. How Did I Get Enrolled in the Membership?

The VIP Club terms are 21 days free, then $29.90 per month, cancel at any time. They appear in your order summary at checkout before you pay, and they are set out in full in the Vevatro VIP Club Membership Agreement. If you joined by mistake, email hello@vevatro.com from the address on your order and we will cancel it and review the charge with you.

3. Can I cancel my membership anytime?

Yes. You can cancel during the 21-day trial or at any time afterward.

We cancel the membership so no further payments are taken. You keep your member benefits until the end of the period you have already paid for. We reply by email to confirm. If you asked to cancel and have not heard back, reply to your original email so it stays in the same thread and we will pick it up.

4. Can I Buy Without Joining the Membership?

Yes. You can absolutely shop without joining the Vevatro VIP Club.

 

Our VIP membership is completely optional. It offers additional value, such as member pricing on the VIP Collection, 25% off the rest of the store, free Standard shipping, an extended 1-year warranty and priority support, for customers who want extra benefits.

 

If you choose to join, you start with a 21-day free trial. No charges apply during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends if it is not the right fit for you.

5. When Will I Be Charged?

Nothing is charged during the 21-day free trial, which starts on your order date.

 

Your first payment of $29.90 is taken on the day the trial ends, and the membership then renews once a month, on the same date each month, plus applicable taxes, until you cancel. 

 

You can cancel at any time, including during the trial.
