Return And Refund Policy

At Vevatro, we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. This policy explains when and how you may return a product and the conditions under which refunds are issued. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the delivery date, provided the product meets the eligibility conditions in Section 2. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • In its original, unused condition;
  • In the original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories;
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Items that are NOT returnable:

  • Consumable or single-use items once opened, used, or the hygiene seal is broken (including cosmetics, skincare, and personal-care products once opened or used);
  • Digital content, downloads, ebooks, audio guides, video content, and any materials delivered electronically (including any Vevatro VIP Club digital benefits), which are considered delivered and consumed upon access;
  • Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase;
  • Gift cards and store credits;
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification.

3. How To Request A Return

Email hello@vevatro.com within the return window with:

  • Order number;
  • Reason for return;
  • Photos of the product and packaging.

Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and, where applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. While an RMA is not strictly required for every return, we strongly recommend requesting one so we can track your return and process your refund without delay.

4. Return Shipping

Vevatro covers return shipping for all eligible returns. We will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs once the return is approved. We recommend using the label or method we provide — we cannot be held responsible for returns sent without our instructions and lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Approved returns: refund issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of inspection;
  • We do not charge any restocking or handling fees on eligible returns;
  • Original shipping charges (where applicable) are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error;
  • Refunds may take 5-10 additional business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Exchanges

We prefer exchanges over refunds whenever possible. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost once we verify the issue. Contact us at hello@vevatro.com with photos of the product within a reasonable time after delivery.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before the order status changes to "fulfilled" or "shipped." Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled as a return after delivery.

8. Membership-Related Refunds

Charges associated with the Vevatro VIP Club membership — including trial-to-paid conversions, monthly subscription fees, and benefits issued under the program — are governed by the Vevatro VIP Club Membership Agreement and are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. Any digital benefits associated with the program are considered delivered and consumed upon access to your account and are non-refundable.

Membership may be cancelled at any time through your account portal or by contacting hello@vevatro.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no prorated refunds are issued.

9. Lost Or Stolen Packages

Vevatro is not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but reported as not received. In such cases, please file a claim directly with the carrier and notify us so we can assist with documentation.

10. Chargebacks

If you have a concern with a charge, please contact us first at hello@vevatro.com. We work to resolve all issues directly and in good faith. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution and may result in your account being suspended from future purchases.

11. Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
