YOU'VE ALREADY PAID FOR IT TWICE

The first time it was the $15 one. Huge in the photos. It showed up thin as a beach towel — two flimsy sheets sewn together, nothing in between. The second time you went the other way. The famous one, a hundred dollars and change. It came soft, sure. It also left fuzz on your shirt, your socks, and your floors. So now you read the two-star reviews before the five-star ones. Good. Keep doing that.

WHY THE BACK NEVER LIES

A blanket has a face and a back. The face is where the factory spends the money, because the face is what gets photographed. When a maker cuts corners, they cut where the camera never goes. Less fill in the middle. A thinner, rougher sheet on the back. Same pretty listing, cheaper blanket. That is why “it looked thicker online” keeps happening to you. You were shown the face. You paid for the back.

90 DAYS. OUR RISK.

Open the box and run your inspection before you use it. Flip it. Look at the back in daylight. Put your hand on both sides. If it does not pass, fold it back into the bag it came in and email us. We send you a prepaid return label — you do not pay to ship it back, and there is no restocking fee. You do not need a defect to qualify. “It isn't what I pictured” counts.

WHAT IT WON'T DO

It won't cost $15. If the cheap one never bothered you, buy the cheap one. It won't come back to us once it has been used, so inspect it first and decide first. It won't survive a hot dryer — plush like this gets washed cold and hung to dry, ours or anyone's. It won't match your screen exactly; no blanket does, and if the color that arrives isn't the one you ordered it for, that's a valid return. And it won't change your life. It's a blanket. A big, two-sided one, but a blanket.

The flip test Works

Ten seconds, on day one. You run it.

Step 1

Open it before you settle in

The box arrives. Don't spread it out, don't wash it, don't fall asleep under it yet. Open it and keep the bag.

Step 2

Flip it over

Turn it to the back and look at it in plain daylight. That's the side the photos never show you.

Step 3

Give it your closest look

A flat, tired sheet behind a plush front is how cheap gets caught. Ours is finished on both sides. Your hands get the final vote.

Step 4

Keep it, or send it back on us

If it fails your inspection, fold it back into the bag and email us. Prepaid label, no restocking fee, 90 days.

Questions we'd ask too

Does it shed? +

We won't promise you zero shedding — new plush can drop loose fibers at first, in every brand at every price. That's the category talking, not the price tag. If the loose fiber you see when you open it isn't acceptable to you, that's a return, and we pay the label. What we can't do is take it back after a month on the couch, so give it a real look on day one.

Is it actually thick, or is this another thin one? +

That fear is the reason this page keeps talking about the back. Thin blankets get caught from behind: a plush front stitched to a flat, empty sheet. Ours is finished on both sides, and you don't have to take that on faith. Flip it when it arrives. If it's another thin one, that's a return, on us, inside your 90 days.

How big is 71 by 79 inches, really? +

It hangs past both arms of a three-seat couch. It covers two adults with room left to fight over. The size guide in the gallery shows it next to a common 50 by 60 throw. If you want more, the XL is 79 by 91.

How do I wash it? +

Cold water, gentle cycle, on its own. Hang it to dry, then shake it out. No hot dryer — heat is how plush dies, ours or anyone's. And if the care tag on yours says something different, the tag wins.

Will the color match the photos? +

Screens run bright, and no photo survives every screen. We name our colors by what they are, not by what sells. If the color that shows up isn't the one you ordered it for, send it back — color counts as a reason inside the 90 days, and the label is on us.

How much is shipping, and how long does it take? +

Shipping is free in the US on every order, with no minimum. Standard delivery runs 6 to 12 business days in transit, and orders leave in 3 to 5 business days, so plan on two to three weeks, not two days. We'd rather you know that now than wonder later.
